At ZImageTurbo, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy describes our policies for refunds on subscriptions and one-time purchases.

2. Subscription Refunds

14-Day Money Back Guarantee (EU/UK/Turkey)

If you are located in the EU, UK, or Turkey, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund, provided you have not significantly used the service (e.g., generated a large number of images).

General Refund Policy

For all other jurisdictions or after the 14-day statutory period:

  • We do not generally offer refunds for partial subscription months.
  • If you forget to cancel your subscription, please contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund if no services were used during the new billing cycle.

3. Credit Pack Refunds

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been used. If you have purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not used any credits, please contact us within 7 days for a refund.

4. Defective Services

If the service is technically unavailable or defective for an extended period (more than 24 hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit.

5. How to Request a Refund

We review all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Payment Processing Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
