Welcome to ZImageTurbo ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service") located at zimageturbo.tech.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

ZImageTurbo provides AI-powered image generation services. Our Service allows you to:

  • Generate images using text prompts via our AI models
  • Store and manage your generated images
  • Access API services for image generation (for eligible plans)
  • Participate in community features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or share content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any form of exploitation of minors
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment
  • Is deceptive, fraudulent, or phishing

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate this policy without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the images you generate using our Service, subject to these Terms. You grant us a license to host, display, and reproduce your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Platform Rights: The Service itself, including its code, design, logos, and features, is the exclusive property of ZImageTurbo and its licensors.

6. Payment Terms

Billing: You agree to pay all applicable fees for selected subscriptions or credit packs. Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Creem.

Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You authorized Creem to charge your payment method for these fees.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZIMAGETURBO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DURING THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
